Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese energy technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and promotes healing. If your "life force energy," or “Ki.” is low or blocked, then you are more likely to get sick or feel stressed. Reiki practitioners use gentle hand movements to guide this life force energy through your body to improve its flow and restore balance. As with most healing modalities, there are many different type of Reiki.
Jikiden Reiki (offered by Ira) follows the teaching and methods as closely as possible to the original methods taught by Mikao Usui and Chujiro Hayashi. Jikiden means "directly passed down."
Reflexology
Foot reflexology is the application of pressure with various massage techniques using the hands or massage tools to specific points on the feet. This therapy recognizes the connection between the feet with the rest of the body via the nervous system. More than a simple foot massage, you'll feel relaxed and calm, while also benefitting from improvements in your overall health. *Please do not book in reflexology if you have a foot infection (e.g. athlete's foot), cuts or open wounds, or rashes, as the treatment is done on bare feet.*

Shiro Abhyanga (Head Massage) massage is part of Ayurvedic therapy. Over 5,000 years old, this nurturing & invigorating treatment refreshes our nervous system and promotes longevity and overall wellness. It returns us to our balanced centre by renewing our energy and relieving built up stress.
Using oils, and a combination of vigorous and gentle movements, along with pressure on marma points (Ayruvedic acupressure/trigger points) this treatment focuses on the face, head, neck, shoulders, upper back, arms, and upper chest.
